2024 Dates, Rates, and Schedule

There are unlimited opportunities to make memories here at camp. We may arrive as friends, but we all leave as family!

2024 Dates

Family Camp will be held August 30-September 2 (Friday-Monday) during Labor Day weekend.

Cost/Schedule

A free-will offering will be collected at each evening session to help augment the cost of hosting family camp.  We will collect a lodging reservation fee ranging from $20 to $100 to hold your spot; the remaining cost of family camp will be covered by your generosity.

Friday August 30th
We will open the camp for you to start moving in at 10am.  We will offer lunch and supper that day for those that RSVP for those meals. The first chapel service will be held at 7pm on that Friday evening.

Saturday and Sunday
These will be FULL scheduled days of camp.  3 meals each day, 2 chapel services, and organized activities (We hope to squeeze in a cardboard boat race; pray the pond gets filled up) Check out some of our fun HERE.

Monday September 2nd
We will serve breakfast in the dining hall.  We will ask you to be moved out of your lodging (Cabins/Cox Building) by 11am but you are welcome to stay on campus and and enjoy the day at camp.  Although the camp staff will transition to cleaning, you are welcome to stay on campus until 3pm in the afternoon.  You can enjoy the pond, pool, outdoor play, barn, hold a last campfire with your friends, etc.  all the way up until 3pm. We will serve lunch for those who RSVP as staying for the day.

In summary, this gives you the opportunity to be on campus a total of 77 hours with meals available/provided.
