Head Cook – Part-Time (Year-Round) With Full-Time Ministry Potential
East Iowa Bible Camp exists to glorify God by helping people of all ages know Jesus Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. We are seeking a Spirit-filled, servant-hearted Head Cook who understands that food service is ministry — a way to show hospitality, love people well, and help create lasting memories for campers and guests.
This role values creativity, presentation, excellence, and joyful service, recognizing that every meal is an opportunity to reflect the love of Christ. It begins as a part-time hybrid position (cooking + seasonal support), offering full-time hours during summer and fall, lighter winter/spring hours, and a pathway toward becoming a full-time salaried ministry position as the camp continues to grow.
